Q:Bone conduction headphones cannot be charged
A:If your headphones don't respond after plugging in the charging cable, the battery level is still very low after charging, or the charging indicator light doesn't illuminate, there may be a charging problem. This could be related to the charging cable, the charging environment, or the headphones themselves. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot based on the indicator light status:
1. The indicator light turns red/white while charging. Wait for the indicator light to turn blue/green, indicating that it is fully charged. Then try turning on the headphones. If the headphones cannot be turned on, or turn off quickly after turning on, please continue with the steps.
2. The indicator light flashes alternately. For models using magnetic charging, a flashing indicator light may indicate that the charging port has detected moisture. Please allow the charging port and charging cable to dry completely before trying to charge again.
3. No indicator light illuminates. Gently wipe the charging contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Try using a different adapter or charging cable (Type-C models only). If the indicator light still doesn't illuminate, please continue with step 5.
4. The indicator light does not turn blue/green. If the indicator light is still red or white after 2 hours, please proceed to the next step.
5. Still no luck? All headphones purchased from the official doogee website and authorized retailers come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please submit a warranty request, and our support team will review your application and provide further assistance.
